Close Knit The inspiration for Closeknit springs from Jennifer Skedd's lifelong fascination with antique and vintage textiles. Jennifer's design ethos is driven by nostalgia for a time when textiles were precious and needle skills were essential. When even everyday household items would be intricately embroidered, neatly mended and patched or when irreparable, the fabric would be recycled and used to create another item. The most ancient of all textiles; felt, is combined with the essence of the fabrics Jennifer remember from childhood to create fashionable, fun accessories that are desired by all ages.
Donna Keay's work is inspired by historical jewellery, antique books and gold-tooled book-cover patterns, the theme of memory and archaeological finds.
Her 'print' collection combines hand-etched panels in simple shapes in oxidised or polished silver with gemstones, freshwater pearls and crystals.
Donna's 'line/outline' collection echoes the shapes of the 'print' collection and of historical jewellery in simple contemporary lines.

Into INTO produces a collection of individually knitted lifestyle accessories, engineered to a unique aesthetic, infusing lucid patterns with elaborate decorative elements. The designs begin with graphic, pictorial jacquards or simplistic geometrics constructed from 100% lambswool yarn. These surface patterns, enhanced with vibrant colour palettes, are boiled to provide a stable structure suitable for handbags and hotties. The addition of organic embellishments grown from manipulative felting techniques help create eccentric egg cosies, woolly jewellery and irregular scarves. By exploring scale, traditional components become exaggerated. Scarves are skinny with large bobbles and beaded necklaces develop overstated proportions. Every piece is hand made ensuring that the finish is of the highest quality. The result is a unique and light-hearted creation exploring unusual knitted applications which help define the INTO signature style.

A unique and quirky range of ceramics treats brought to you by ceramist Cosima Sempill. "Most Kitty & Dude pieces have a 'tongue in cheek' appeal; I enjoy combining and contrasting ideas and focusing on designs that delight both aesthetic and intellectual senses. This outlook stems a personal interpretation of childhood pursuits teamed with a potent nod towards 1950's Pop Art and culture; I am keen to communicate with my consumer on several levels so they can get a kick out of the design. The majority of the collection is slip cast as I like the slick and certain approach that it gives to a design- it allows the piece to express itself and often leaves room for a clever quip." From ceramic Cup Cakes and Flying Pigs to Rubber Ducks and Russian Dolls, this entertaining range from Kitty & Dude is sure to delight.

Lynn Lynn Wilson's 'Awa wi the fairies' collection is a series of knitted textiles sculpted by single bed machine knitting structures in geelong lambswool and cashmere which are then felted and dyed as individual pieces, including bags, scarves, hats, cushions and throws. The collection label derives from the strong link with fairy folklore and The Trossachs.

In the village of Aberfoyle there is a place called fairy hill in which it is said the spirit of the Reverend Robert Kirk is trapped in a tree that sits by itself. He was spirited away by the fairies in the 17th century because he wrote and published a book which revealed all of their secrets. Around the tree are remnants of fabric of which people have left. The concept is that the fairies will spin garments from the threads and in exchange grant the wishes that have been written on the rags left for them.

The Awa wi the fairies collection is inspired by this particular place and story and the textures, colour and structures are inspired by the different changing colour and light of this magical place.

Natty Glass Siobhan Healy makes unique glass jewellery with intricate silver and gold details. These pieces are produced using handmade glass of the highest quality. She is interested in using details of plant anatomy in her work, which assume an abstract quality. She finds that the fragility of handmade glass and the subtle range of hues, lend themselves to creating flower petals and leaves. She has researched plants with medicinal properties and the folklore associated with herbal remedies. The intention is that the work will connect with people on a deeper level, to evoke distant memories and to conjure up reassuring feelings invoked by nature.
Pumpkin Sputnik make beautiful hand-made paperback notebooks, journals and sketchbooks which have textured card covers, are filled with good quality cartridge paper and are bound and sewn together in the traditional way of binding with paper string. Emma is influenced by the contrasts and shapes found in nature, such as seed-heads in autumn, big graphic flowers in summer or tree blossoms in the spring. Pumpkin
